“In 2019, I initiated FOCUS (First, One Connected and Unified Shiseido), a multi-year global business transformation program aimed at standardizing data, optimizing processes, and enhancing analytics. At the heart of FOCUS is the implementation of a single global instance of SAP S/4HANA, connecting people and technology across six regions and servicing customers in over 120 countries.
